2020 Vision

As we come to the end of 2017, the excitement or perhaps the anxiety of the new year starts to bubble in our belly.  Reflecting on the past year can bring gratitude, regret, amazement or sorrow, not depending how we look at it but depending how we DECIDE to look at it.

This year I experienced the death of my mother, the purchase of my first house, the generosity of my family, the anxiety of unpaid bills, the richness of new friendships formed and the emptiness of friends moving away.

I look at last years goals and am amazed.  I am amazed at goals that were met when I wasn’t paying attention and equally amazed at goals that are still on the list waiting for completion.  One thing that I will share.  As every year begins, I always have the feeling of, “I’m just getting started”.  I have the excitement of the pursuit of all things happy.

The energy I feel coming at me is “good energy”.  Rich with plans that are full of details all centered on helping people.  I love to encourage.  During this time of giving, I’m excited to be able to give more this year and next.  I’m not focused just on 2018.  I have 20/20 vision for 2020.

Expect good things to come…put that expectation out there.  Get ready for the work that is involved to complete the mission.  Get a clear vision of where you want to go.  Make a clear path to get there getting rid of all that stands in your way. Stay clear minded by putting gratitude first. This is your time, for your vision to become your focus.

  1. Great job Lea on reviewing ’19 and reframing the “working on it moments.” Like it!
